This case was remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals by Order dated, September 2, 2021.On November 2, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time to offer petitioner an administrative hearing. The motion states that petitioner does not object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for extension of time is hereby granted in that the time within which respondent shall offer petitioner an administrative hearing is extended to January 3, 2022.It is further

ORDERED that the parties' joint status report is extended to February 4, 2022.
