In an action to recover damages for defamation, defendant moved to vacate a notice to examine her before trial. The motion was denied as to items "1" and "2" and granted as to item "3". Defendant appeals from that part of the order which denies the motion. Order, insofar as appeal is taken, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements; examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
