ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENIAL OF PETITION FOR REHEARING; NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 30, 2007, be modified in the following particulars:

1. On page 22, after the last sentence of the last paragraph, add the following sentence: “Gulsvig is entitled to her costs on appeal.”

This modification does not effect a change in the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
