Appeal from an order of Supreme Court, Erie County (Makowski, J.), entered March 19, 2002, which granted the motion of defendants Jacobi Housing II, Inc. and Lewis Street Limited Partnership for summary judgment dismissing the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh causes of action against them and denied plaintiff's cross motions to realign the parties and to supplement and amend the complaint.
