Present — Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ.


Action by the infant plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries and by his father for medical expenses and loss of services, based on the fact that the arm of a four-year-old boy was injured by the rollers of an electric washing machine on display in appellant's store. Judgment, entered on the verdict of a jury, and order denying appellant's motion to set aside the verdict, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
