This case is calendared for trial at the Court's March 20, 2023, Seattle, Washington, trial session. On January 17, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On January 19, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. Pursuant to a teleconference with the parties on March 3, 2023, the parties stated they have reached a basis for settlement. Therefore, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 20, 2023, Seattle, Washington, trial session. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 4, 2023, the parties are directed to submit decision documents or dispositive motions or, in lieu thereof, file a joint or separate status reports to inform the Court of the then present status of the above case.
