This case is currently calendared on the Court's San Diego, California remote trial session, scheduled to begin January 30, 2023. On January 17, 2023, petitioner filed a document that the Court characterized as petitioner's Proposed Trial Exhibits. Because the Proposed Trial Exhibits were unnumbered, the Court will refer to it as Exhibit 500-P.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Proposed Trial Exhibits, filed January 17, 2023, shall be recharacterized as petitioners' Proposed Trial Exhibits 500-P.
