Stipulated Decision Documents were entered in this case on June 6, 2024. On July 23, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time a Motion to Vacate, and lodge a Motion to Vacate and a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision, which motion the Court granted on July 30, 2024. The parties were directed to file a motion to vacate and lodge proposed stipulated decision documents by September 27, 2024. On August 23, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Vacate and a First Amended Motion to Vacate. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's First Amended Motion to Vacate, filed August 23, 2024, is granted, and the Decision entered on June 6, 2024, is vacated and stricken from the record.

The parties are reminded that proposed stipulated decision documents are due by September 27, 2024.
