ORDER

Appellant/Cross-Appellee Justin C. Pfeiffer filed an unopposed second motion for an extension to file his Cross-Appellee's brief, requesting an extension until January 8, 2025, and an unopposed first motion to raise the aggregate the word count under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.4(i)(2)(B) for Pfeiffer from 27,000 words to 32,000 words. See TEX. R. APP. P. ("In a civil case in the court of appeals, the aggregate of all briefs filed by a party must not exceed 27,000 words if computer-generated, and 90 pages if not.").

The motions are granted.

Pfeiffer's Cross-Appellee's brief is due on or before January 8, 2025.

It is so ORDERED.
