On October 18, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision, which contained typographical errors. On October 20, 2022, the parties filed another proposed stipulated decision, correcting those errors. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint proposed stipulated decision, filed October 18, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for entry of decision, filed September 28, 2022, is hereby denied as moot. 1
