These consolidated cases are calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. On September 27, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance of trial. On October 1, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of these cases.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted and these cases are stricken for trial from the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado trial session and are continued. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before December 3, 2021, the parties file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of these cases. It is further
ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
