The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby dismissed because petitioner raises the same issues as in Pew v. Crews, Case No. SC13–1987, which was transferred to the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Seminole County, Florida. All pending motions or other requests for relief are hereby denied as moot.
