ORDER
On October 29, 2015, we suspended the appellate timetable to allow the parties to mediate. On December 15, 2015, the mediator reported the parties did not settle at mediation. The remaining volumes of the reporter's record were filed on January 20, 2016.
We REINSTATE the appellate timetable. Appellant's brief is due on February 19, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a).
