CORNELIUS MARTELL PETTY, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On November 3, 2023, a purported Entry of Appearance on behalf of respondent was filed in the above-docketed matter. The material itself seemed to represent an attempted entry by Edwin B. Cleverdon, bearing his name and signature. However, because the document was filed used the eAccess code of a different attorney, it is such other attorney who is reflected as having entered an appearance for purposes of the DAWSON case system.

Accordingly, given the ambiguity in the record at this juncture as to respondent's intentions, it is

ORDERED that the purported Entry of Appearance filed November 3, 2023, at Docket Index No. 15 herein, shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
