Upon due consideration of the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Docket Index No. 8), filed July 10, 2023, by respondent in the above-captioned case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 17, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court. It is further

ORDERED that the duplicative copy of such motion filed July 10, 2023, at Docket Index No. 7 shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee form, which is available under the "eFiling & Case Maintenance" tab on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov), is extended to August 17, 2023. If the filing fee (or proper application for waiver) is not received by that date, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at 1210 Arbor Avenue S W, Decatur, AL 35601.
