Petitioner's "Motion for Permission to Leave in Order to Supplement Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Mandamus to Proceed with Relevant Evidence to Support a Claim in Petition" is granted.

The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Pettway v. State, 776 So. 2d 930, 931 (Fla. 2000) (stating that the propriety of the district court's decision set forth in Pettway v. State, 725 So. 2d 428, 429 (Fla. 2d DCA 1999) may not be further contested by an extraordinary writ proceeding); Cf. Topps v. State, 865 So. 2d 1253 (Fla. 2004).
