ORDER

HAND, Judge

This action is now before the Court on the joint motion (Doc. 37) of the plaintiff and defendant Long Reach Holdings, Inc. (Long Reach), filed subsequent to Long Reach's motion to dismiss (Doc. 35) and the Court's Order of June 27, 2000 (Doc. 36) requiring a response to same, to dismiss Long Reach with prejudice. In view of this stipulation, it is ORDERED not only that Long Reach be and is hereby DISMISSED, with prejudice, but that Long Reach's motion to extend discovery (Doc. 34) is MOOT.
