An appeal having been taken to this Court by Petitioners-appellants, from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 17, 2015, And petitioners-appellants having renewed their motion for leave to prosecute said appeal as poor persons, for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, the appeal having been dismissed for failure to prosecute, pursuant to Section 1250.9(a) of the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division.
