An appeal having been taken from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 17, 2015, And petitioner-appellant Charlene Thompson, pro se, having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the aforesaid appeal and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2017 Term, and otherwise denied.
