Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 2, 2016 and from two orders, same Court and Justice, entered on or about February 10, 2016, And, petitioners-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their appeal, and for leave to be exempt from filing an appendix, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered on February 2, 2016 to the September 2017 Term; sua sponte, the time to perfect the appeal taken from the orders entered on February 10, 2016 is enlarged to said September 2017 Term; and as to both appeals, no further enlargements will be granted. The motion is otherwise denied.
