Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 2, 2016 and from two orders by the same Court and Justice, entered on or about February 10, 2016, And petitioner-appellant, pro se, having moved by separate motions for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals, and for leave to file handwritten briefs (M-5606/M-5607), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals to the May 2017 Term, and otherwise denied (M-5606/M-5607).
