IN RE: WILLIAM L. KIRKPATRICK AND TRI-STATE INSURANCE CO. APPLYING FOR CERTIORARI, OR WRIT OF REVIEW, TO THE COURT OF APPEAL, THIRD CIRCUIT, PARISH OF RAPIDES.


Writ granted in part, denied in part. Writ granted as to assignment of error four, and the judgment on the third-party demand is set aside; the case is remanded to the Court of Appeal with instructions to reconsider the demand in the light of Civil Code Article 2103. The writ is denied as to the other assignments of error.
