DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2021, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 28, 2021, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120" and substituting therefor the words "Judiciary Law § 35."
