Action to recover monies allegedly owed to the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Hale, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability; following a hearing in damages, the court rendered judgment for the plaintiff, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
