An appeal having been taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 10, 2018, And petitioners-appellants having moved for a stay pending appeal (M-6524), Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated August 13, 2019, and the correspondence from counsel for petitioners-appellants dated August 2, 2019 and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the appeal and motion are withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation and correspondence.
