ORDER GRANTING MERCK'S MOTION TO STAY AND ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING CASE


THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant Merck Co., Inc.'s Motion to Stay All Proceedings Pending Transfer Decision by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (D.E. 10), filed April 27, 2005. The Court has carefully considered the Motion and is otherwise duly advised in its premises. It is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that

1. Defendant Merck Co., Inc.'s Motion to Stay All Proceedings Pending Transfer Decision by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (D.E. 10) is GRANTED. This case is STAYED pending further order from this Court.
2. This case shall be ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED, for statistical purposes only, and this shall not affect any substantive rights of any of the parties. Any party may move to reopen this case at the appropriate time. All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT, for statistical purposes only.
DONE AND ORDERED.
