This case was calendared for trial during the Court's April 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, special trial session. On March 24, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case. During the call, the parties reported that they had reached a basis for settlement regarding all issues in this case. By Order served March 25, 2022, the case was stricken from the April 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, special trial session and the parties were directed to file either a status report or stipulated decision document on or before April 25, 2022.
On April 19, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Extend Time to File Decision Document (Doc. 52). By Order served April 20, 2022, respondent's motion was granted in that the time in which the parties were to file either a status report describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document was extended from April 25, 2022, to May 20, 2022.
On May 19, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 54) informing the Court that petitioners' CPA is still reviewing respondent's computations and will need additional time to confer with petitioners' counsel. By Order served May 25, 2022, the parties were directed to file either a status report or a stipulated decision document on or before July 15, 2022.
On July 12, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 56) informing the Court that due to petitioners' counsel's health there was a delay in the review of computations. The parties request additional time so that petitioners may reconcile their calculations and file a decision document.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before September 13, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
