ORDER

Emin Toro Judge.

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's April 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, special trial session. On March 24, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case. During the call, the parties reported that they had reached a basis for settlement regarding all issues in this case. By Order served March 25, 2022, the case was stricken from the April 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, special trial session and the parties were directed to file either a status report or stipulated decision document on or before April 25, 2022.

On April 19, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Extend Time to File Decision Document (Doc. 52). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Extend Time to File Decision Document is granted in that that time in which the parties shall file either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document is extended from April 25, 2022, to May 20, 2022.
