This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's April 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, special trial session.
Pending before the Court are respondent's Motion to Compel Petitioners' Response to Interrogatories (Doc. 11), respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents (Doc. 12), and respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents to Respondent's Second Request for Production of Documents (Doc. 44).
On March 24, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case. During the call, the parties reported that they have reached a basis for settlement regarding all issues in this case.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, special trial session, and the April 11, 2022, special trial session is canceled. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Compel Petitioners' Response to Interrogatories is denied as moot. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents is denied as moot. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents to Respondent's Second Request for Production of Documents is denied as moot. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before April 25, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
