This case was calendared for trial at the Court's February 14, 2022, San Francisco trial session. On January 20, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court that a basis of settlement had been reached, and on March 2, 2022, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settlement resolving all issues in this case. On March 23, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report requesting additional time for the parties to submit a proposed stipulated decision. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report by May 27, 2022. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report. 1
