Immediately below this language, McDonough wrote, “From Dec 1, 2018 HE shall pay 1/2 of his Government compensation until the wife dies or by court order, whichever comes first.” On appeal, the parties agree that the term “government compensation” refers to Peterson's military disability benefits.
