ORDERED that, on or before February 22, 2022, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Karlene Petersen, Tax Year 2013, filed October 28, 2020. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
