This case is calendared for trial at the Seattle, Washington remote trial session on January 31, 2022.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed January 10, 2022, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 24, 2022, petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute should not be granted and a decision entered in this case. Petitioner is advised that a failure to respond may result in the granting of respondent's pending motion and a decision being entered for the amounts set forth therein.
