Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

On June 4, 2024, the Court filed the first supplement reporter's record (3 volumes + 1 exhibit volume) as requested in its order dated May 22, 2024. Therefore, the above styled and numbered cause is hereby REINSTATED. Appellant's brief is now due on or before July 7, 2024, and the State's shall be due 30 days from the date Appellant's brief is filed.
