ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

The State has filed a motion for abatement stating that the trial court has scheduled a hearing to formally admit documents previously considered by the trial court into evidence. The Court GRANTS the motion, and the case is ABATED.

The court reporter for the 243rd District Court is to file any admitted exhibits with this Court on or before June 2, 2024. Appellant's brief shall be due thirty days after the case is reinstated.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
