PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

By order dated April 17, 2024, this Court abated this appeal and remanded to the trial court for a hearing to determine whether the reporter's record was incomplete. The Court has this day filed the hearing record as requested in its order.

The trial court determined the reporter's record submitted and filed February 28, 2024 is complete, and no portion of the record is missing. Therefore, the above styled and numbered cause is hereby REINSTATED. Appellant's brief is now due on or before June 15, 2024, and the State's shall be due 30 days from the date Appellant's brief is filed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
