An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 5, 2016, And, plaintiff-appellant having moved to correct the notice of appeal dated February 23, 2017 to specify that the appeal is from an order entered on or about February 26, 2016 and not from an order entered on July 5, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the notice of appeal dated February 23, 2017 to be taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 26, 2016, and is a corrected notice of appeal.
