ORDER

Richard T. Morrison, Judge.

On September 6, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (Doc. 12).

On April 24, 2024, this case was called from the calendar of the Court's April 24, 2023 remote Trial Session in Houston, Texas. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 24, 2023, petitioners shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution should not be granted, and a decision entered in this case. Failure to respond to this Order will likely result in the granting of respondent's motion and entry of decision against petitioner.
