Pursuant to a teleconference with the parties on January 4, 2022, the Court will order the parties to file a report in 30 days, on the present status of the case. If the report does not show progress towards ending the remand, the Court will consider ending the remand and setting the case for trial. Therefore, it is

ORDERED that on or before February 7, 2022, the parties are directed to file a joint or separate status reports to inform the Court of the then present status of the above case.
