For cause, the filing fee having been paid on September 12, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 23, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner is directed to updated her contact information on file with the Court in compliance with the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, on petitioner at the address appearing at page 8 of the document attached to the petition that was filed to commence this case.
