DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for order granting respondent Peter LL. parenting time at his residence in the State of California.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and the parties and the attorney for the child having been heard thereon, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that Peter LL. shall be allowed parenting time with the child at his residence in California for a period of up to 15 days, not counting travel days, with such parenting time to occur between the dates of July 22, 2019 and August 26, 2019. One or both paternal grandparents or Peter LL. shall accompany the child during air travel to and from California, with the cost of such transportation to be borne by Peter LL. Peter LL. shall refrain from the use of alcohol, marijuana or any illegal substance during his parenting time. The child shall have free access to telephone/Skype/FaceTime contact with Charles KK. and Jillian KK. during the parenting time. In all other respects, the order of this Court dated February 15, 2019 remains in effect.
