On September 13, 2021, the Court issued an Order directing the parties to file a joint status report by December 9, 2021, and every 60 days thereafter. The Court has received consistent report from the parties, including most recently an April 5, 2023, report that they intended to file decision documents or a further report in 60 days. We have not received either, and so we will ask the parties to update the Court as to their work. Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, in addition to the recurring status reports as indicated in our September 13, 2021 Order, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) indicating the then-present status of this case no later than July 14, 2023.
