ORDER

Trial was held on March 25, 2024, during the Court's Boston, Massachusetts trial session and the case was submitted to the undersigned on the same day. After trial, the Court directed the parties to file post-trial briefs.

By Order served June 6, 2024, the Court granted petitioner Jeffrey Pesarik's motion to extend the trial briefing dates. On September 11, 2024, the Commissioner filed an unopposed motion for extension of time within which to file briefs. We will grant the relief.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for extension of time within which to file briefs is granted and that the time in which the Commissioner shall file his answering brief is now extended until October 16, 2024, and time in which Mr. Pesarik's shall file his reply brief is now extended until November 27, 2024.
