ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On June 19, 2024, petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness. Petitioner indicates that the issues in this case have been fully resolved and, therefore, there is no remaining case or controversy. Petitioner represents that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion. As there is no remaining case or controversy, this action is no longer justiciable.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness is granted in that this case is dismissed as moot.
