JUDGMENTS, § 116vacation on petition, when improper. Where order reviving judgment was entered September 28, 1938, and motion to vacate, on ground that judgment was entered against two judgment debtors whereas original judgment was against three, was made June 2, 1939, court had no jurisdiction to vacate the judgment on motion more than 30 days after entry, and petition filed under section 21 of the Municipal Court Act cannot be made to serve the office of an appeal.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. FRANK M. PADDEN, presiding. Order of July 7, 1939, reversed and cause remanded with directions. Heard in third division, first district, at October term, 1939; opinion filed December 13, 1939.
