JUDGMENT

Pursuant to the Court's Order re Bankruptcy Appeals, filed contemporaneously with the filing of this Judgment, IT IS ADJUDGED that the bankruptcy court's decisions in the consolidated appeals are affirmed in part and reversed in part. The Second Adversary Proceeding, Perry v. Chase Auto Finance, et al., Case No. AP 15-1129 (Bankr. C. D. Cal.), is hereby dismissed without prejudice. The bankruptcy court's decisions are affirmed in all other respects. Dated this 31st day of March 2017.
