On December 8, 2023, the Court received in the above-docketed matter a purported Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, review shows that the decision involved an unrelated taxpayer and was filed in the wrong case.
Accordingly, the premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the purported Proposed Stipulated Decision filed December 8, 2023, at Docket Index No. 5, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall be placed under seal, thus rendered not viewable as part of this case.
