ORDER


Before the Court is the Defendants' Motion to correct a clerical mistake made by the Court in its Final Order. The Plaintiff has opposed this Motion. The Court has previously indicated that it had "no reason to depart from the hourly reconstruction Kagy has provided." (3/21/05 Memorandum Opinion.) That figure, is 167.23 hours. The Court's final Order mistakenly reflects 137.23 hours. The clerical error made by the Court must be corrected and an Amended Final Order will follow. Accordingly, it is this ______ day of May 2005

ORDERED that the Defendant's Motion is GRANTED and that number of hours Kagy is entitled to receive payment for is 167.23.
