In an action to recover upon a promissory note, against the indorsers, the defendant Wishnoff, one of the indorsers, appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 14, 1961 which denied his motion for leave to serve a supplemental answer. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Hill, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
