LOU ANNE PERKINS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS HEIR AT LAW OF WARNER W. PERKINS, DECEASED, Appellant v. ARTHUR WALKER, INDIVIDUALLY; GERALD BRIGHT, INDIVIDUALLY; DAVID CRAFT, INDIVIDUALLY; CHRISTOPHER HANLON, INDIVIDUALLY; AND WALKER BRIGHT, P.C., Appellees
On Appeal from the 53rd District Court Travis County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. D-1-GN-14-004360
ORDER
Appellant's brief was originally due September 18, 2017. We granted extensions of time to file appellant's brief until January 16, 2018. When we granted the final extension, we noted that no further extensions would be granted absent exceptional circumstances. No brief was filed on or before January 16, 2018. On January 5, 2018, appellant filed a further request for extension of time to file appellant's brief, requesting yet another extension of time to file her appellant's brief up to an additional ten days. We grant the request and issue the following order.
We order appellant to file a brief with the clerk of this court on or before January 26, 2018. If appellant does not timely file the brief as ordered, the court will dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Christopher, Donovan, and Jewell.
